Construction Start in Nordhausen!

In the Nordhausen industrial area, a new PV system is currently being built – on a former industrial site of a civil engineering company, directly on the Zorge river. A brownfield site is being transformed into a place for clean energy.

The challenges were considerable: a lot of construction debris in the ground and regional contamination from unexploded ordnance made the installation of the substructure more complex than usual. But we also overcame this hurdle.

Particularly important to us is the local environment: on the side facing the Zorge, we are creating a biotope that protects and enriches the natural habitat.

Now nothing stands in the way of the project’s realization – and soon solar energy will be generated here, with an impact far beyond Nordhausen.
